Mural and door painting for Kunstlinie, a theater & art centre in Almere – September 2025.

The mural had to reflect the function of the room: art education for children. I translated this into a bright yellow line, a symbol for the creative path where the kids could get in contact with different art disciplines, but also a nod to the waves you could see from the windows. 

This was a very special project to me, as I’ve also been involved in art eduction for children lately, but also because I used to have music lessons for over a decade in this very building! It felt really special, but also a bit weird to come back to the place I spent many Thursday afternoons.
